Recently, to help new employees adapt quickly, learn our corporate culture, and improve professional knowledge and job skills, our company held a one-week onboarding training together with outdoor team-building activities. The program empowers new team members to grow rapidly and injects fresh vitality and momentum into the company’s development.

Talent constitutes the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Therefore, we have always attached great importance to talent recruitment and development and have launched the “Rising Talent Program”. This new hire training camp serves as a key component of the initiative.
 

The training aims to boost communication among new employees, strengthen teamwork, cohesion and collective identity, foster their sense of belonging and mission, and support the company’s steady, high-quality development.

Professional Training for In-depth Learning

Centered on targeted orientation and capability empowerment, the professional sessions featured senior instructors from relevant functional departments. Courses covered company profile & culture, product knowledge, administrative regulations and safety training. New hires received systematic learning, cultural immersion and idea exchange to gain a holistic understanding of our rules, development strategy and core values.
 

In addition, senior HR instructors delivered in-depth sharing on workplace etiquette, professional mindset, communication skills and time management, offering valuable guidance for their career growth.

Packed with practical takeaways, the training was more than knowledge transfer and experience sharing. It included group discussions, interactive sessions and hands-on exchanges. The well-designed curriculum helped participants upgrade their skills, strengthen their commitment, build awareness of compliance and improve safety literacy. A positive atmosphere of learning, reflection and mutual progress was created.

Outdoor Team-building to Unleash Potential

Following the classroom training, new employees took part in the long-awaited outdoor team-building. Guided by professional coaches, they joined a series of challenging yet fun team games, including icebreakers, Challenge 120, Breath of Power, Tower Building, Same Boat and Trust Fall. By supporting and cooperating closely with one another, they calmly accomplished tasks that seemed impossible at first glance.

The team-building quickly broke down barriers between new colleagues and deepened mutual understanding. It helped everyone fully appreciate the importance of trust, collaboration and communication within a team, laying a solid foundation for future workplace interaction and teamwork.
