To support Yunshang Tianfu Big Data Industrial Park in Deyang, Sichuan in building a top-standard green data center, our company delivered a tailor-made, high-standard and low-energy-consumption data center infrastructure solution. Since handover, the data center has maintained stable operation with an annual average PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) below 1.2. It supports the data storage and computing power demands of Deyang and surrounding regions for the park, and facilitates its deep integration into the regional digital economy landscape.
Yunshang Tianfu Big Data Industrial Park is a digital economy park introduced by Deyang City in active response to national strategies including new digital infrastructure, the East-to-West Computing Transfer Project and the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle. The project plans to construct the Yunshang Tianfu Cloud Computing Center and Yunshang Tianfu Big Data Incubation Park. It aims to build a new type of green data center featuring coordinated development of data, computing power, application scenarios, industry and security, accelerate the formation of an advanced, well-structured, well-balanced and high-efficiency data center industrial ecosystem, boost the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, and strongly underpin the high-quality growth of the digital economy.
As the “heart” of massive data responsible for information processing, storage and transmission, data centers are traditionally energy-intensive and subject to stringent safety requirements. As a leading provider of IT infrastructure solutions in the industry, drawing on over 20 years of practical experience in communication scenarios, our team conducted an in-depth study of the specific requirements of Yunshang Tianfu Big Data Industrial Park in Deyang, Sichuan. Guided by the design principles of green and energy-efficient data centers, we delivered an infrastructure solution that is energy-saving, high-performance, stable, safe and reliable.
Delivered in a modular format, the solution integrates subsystems such as cabinet systems and airflow containment systems. It ensures compatibility and coordination among all subsystems within the computer room and improves operational and maintenance efficiency. The aisle lintels are fitted with ambient lighting for a sleek, modern look with strong technological appeal.
Project-specific AHU (Indirect Evaporative Air Handling Unit) ensures complete separation of hot and cold airflow inside the modules to eliminate local hotspots. The hot-aisle / cold-aisle closed airflow containment design further optimizes airflow isolation. While meeting equipment heat dissipation requirements, it cuts redundant energy consumption and achieves superior energy efficiency.
Upon receiving fire linkage signals, the gravity-operated movable skylights open automatically to allow fire suppression gas to enter the modules, realizing integrated fire protection for the computer room.
Reserved interfaces are provided for the customer’s independently deployed environment monitoring equipment to enable fast on-site integration.
The solution fully satisfies the park’s requirements for IT infrastructure construction and operation & maintenance. It helps the customer quickly build a green, energy-saving, stable, safe and reliable data center operating environment and achieve an annual average PUE below 1.2, winning wide recognition.
The matched indirect evaporative cooling AHU together with the closed hot/cold aisle airflow containment design optimizes cooling utilization and reduces energy consumption for low-carbon operation. It also lowers the risk of equipment failure caused by temperature fluctuations and enhances equipment stability and reliability.
The solution delivers excellent compatibility, reliability and consistency across the whole computer room, lifting O&M efficiency and system stability.
Adopting factory prefabricated modular design, it supports rapid deployment to meet the customer’s schedule for fast delivery and commissioning.
Reserved interfaces for the customer’s monitoring system accommodate seamless connection of their environment monitoring devices. This saves time and labor while ensuring on-schedule business launch after aisle construction is completed.
