Micro-module Data Center
 

Our micro-module data center integrates cabinet, power supply and distribution, cooling, environmental monitoring and management systems as a whole. Combined with the invention patent for cabinet U-space management system and its control method as well as other relevant patented technologies, it realizes capacity management of power distribution, cooling and usable space within the data center. It features high efficiency, flexible and rapid deployment, modular elastic capacity expansion, low-carbon energy conservation, intelligent linkage and unattended operation. It supports centralized unified monitoring of power, environment, U-space, assets, security and fire protection of micro-modules.

The launch and application of the micro-module data center can greatly shorten the construction cycle and realize green, minimalist construction and delivery. It enables rapid response to business demands and cuts labor and time costs. The solution significantly boosts cooling efficiency and lowers the data center PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness). It avoids excessive resource allocation and reduces power consumption.

Prefabricated Enclosed Hot Aisle
 

Our prefabricated enclosed hot aisle leverages the natural upward flow of hot air. Hot air is collected and returned via hot aisle ducts and exhausted outside the building, lowering power consumption for air circulation and hot air cooling. Adopting the centralized cooling mode within computer rooms, the system enables shared cooling capacity for equipment and environments. It realizes shared cooling capacity in the general environment, reduces the quantity of standby air conditioners and saves equipment investment. Meanwhile, it raises the supply air temperature to cut power consumption.

The frame materials for prefabricated hot aisle construction feature light weight and good light transmittance, lowering the load-bearing pressure of computer rooms and facilitating construction. Combined with our patented invention technology for the intermediate through power distribution unit, the power distribution unit adopts a solderless fully enclosed internal structure, which can satisfy stringent requirements for the stability and energy efficiency of power distribution systems under high-temperature environments.
 

The prefabricated enclosed hot aisle is suitable for all types of data centers with conventional heat load distribution. It has been widely applied in the rapid construction of large high-density data centers as well as the renovation and expansion of traditional data centers.
